go to the beach
drop bag on the first available umbrella spot
spend a nano-second to take in the crowd
throw off sandals, shirt &shorts with a vengeance
take a full second to find the fastest way to the water
now RUN!! the sand is HOT!
dive with great splash
swim and ride waves till tired
hop back out to umbrella spot
(sand hotter than before!)
re-appply suncream
move the chaise-longue to the shadow
lie down
fall asleep listening to the waves and screaming children
wake up to sundown at an empty beach
...........
